It was a scary time, i was interviewed by no less than 5 people in a room who were asking me lots of questions that had nothing to do with my job in installation. All they wanted to know is how I could up-sell to the customer and if i had project management skills so i can make other peoples jobs easier. One more thing is that they also want you to bring copies of your references as they call them while you wait in the other room to check if you are good person or not.
