I am definitely higher than a field tech but, watch out for the way they word things. They claim to give you a number of PTO days but in fact you accrue them which in my interview was "sold" on the fact they said you have them from you first day. It does amaze me that a project manager doesn't have to have any previous experience in the field in order to have said position.. if can imagine working for someone who know little to nothing about any of it.
