Telephonic Interview with the HR - 45 Minutes The HR called me for an appointment for the interview and set up a telephonic interview for the next day. The interview went on for about 45 mins. The discussion was very professional and had a satisfying conversation. Technical Interview with the Regional Operations & Service Manager. The interview went for about 30 mins via Microsoft teams. The interviewer asked me seven technical questions, including management questions. Although the interviewer did not switch his video ON, making me feel less comfortable. If they had switched ON the video, I might not have panicked. The HR emphasized that there will be questions based on the culture of the company during the next interview round. However, the next round was more based on technical questions. Maybe it was to mislead the candidate and surprise them with technical questions.
