Lame. The HR guy had only been with the company a couple of months and didn't know much about the company. We played email tag for about 2 weeks before I could nail him down for a phone screen, to which he devoted about 15 minutes. He didn't even know enough about his job to ask more pointed questions than, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
