I got a phone call a day or two after I submitted my application. It was a very basic phone screening and included questions like, "Why do you want to work here?" We scheduled an in-person interview. I met with two peers, the team manager, and the VP of Customer Success all in one day. The whole thing only took about two hours. I waited about two weeks and heard back with an offer. Waiting for the paperwork to process was the longest part of the whole thing.
