I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Conversica (Bellingham, WA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Multiple round interviews alternating from a phone call, to in the office and back again. When returning to the office less than a week later I was treated like a total stranger but otherwise, all interactions were extremely professional and positive. Currently, I am being 'ghosted' after 5 interviews, over a month of back and forth and multiple follow-up emails.
I had the initial phone screen with the recruiter. It felt a little bit like an interrogation. There was zero small talk and banter. He dove straight into standard HR questions. I declined another interview because I had a higher offer at hand.
