Recruiter reached out and we scheduled a call. I followed up couple of weeks later since I haven't heard back but was told my application was being reviewed and that she would get back to me by end of week. But not surprisingly, I didn't hear back despite following up couple of more times. If a candidate took the time for a call, the least the recruiter can do is send rejection email if the fit is not right.
