Phone screen with recruiter. High-level interview with hiring manager. Video call connection dropped a few times and the interviewer didn't notice since they kept talking. The conversation did not flow smoothly from beginning to end. Interviewer would abruptly stop and not continue the natural conversation follow. It was awkward overall.
