Interviews were conducted on-campus. Only one round of interviews was conducted after the initial resume screening. The interview was purely behavioral and focused on skills and prior experience. We heard of results in two weeks' time. The offer letter signing process was fairly straightforward and HR was very responsive in case of questions.

Interviewed for IT Role, 2-Stage Interview. First stage involved a basic review of CV and a Technical examination.
2nd Interview involved both HR and hiring Manager, Typical HR type competency questions and a more in depth review of Technical skills a questions around this.
Was told that they would be deciding on the Role by the following Week, and would give an answer either way. Approximately 5 Months later, still waiting to hear. Obviously not successful for Role but lack of Manner from Company to give feedback either way.
