I applied online after seeing a job posting on LinkedIn. I was contacted within a week and asked for my ability to interview directly with the Hiring Manager (Head of TA). That interview lasted approx. an hour, and took place by way of video conferencing. I was given ample time to sell my experience and personal attributes, ask questions, etc. In other words, it wasn't the typical "one-way" probe. I was offered the opportunity to continue on in the process with a (peer) phone interview with a member of the team . That portion also went approx. one hour. Though I did not get an offer, I enjoyed the process and learning more about the HR-TA function and business as a whole. I received a decision in a timely fashion and was treated professionally. I would of course welcome the opportunity to compete for future openings and encourage other external candidates to check out their career page. From my perspective, Corbion sounds like a fantastic organization. No complaints!
