Avoid this company if possible. I went through a month-long interview process that started off well but quickly deteriorated. After having a positive initial interview with the recruiter and hiring manager, I encountered a "panel interview" that felt completely unproductive. The panelists seemed unprepared and asked irrelevant, confusing questions, like "what is your favorite screen in HubSpot?"—which felt out of touch and unprofessional.
The final interview, which was another panel session, was scheduled but never happened due to a mix-up with the meeting link. Despite showing up on time and reaching out to the recruiter, I received little clarity on the situation. When I finally received a rejection, the feedback was that I didn’t provide "in-depth enough responses." This was frustrating, as I had given thoughtful answers throughout the process.
They ended up hiring someone with significantly less experience, whose LinkedIn profile appeared incoherent and poorly organized, probably because they could pay less. Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating interview experiences I’ve ever had. A huge waste of time.
