Cordance Group Director, Customer Success interview questions

I interviewed specifically with one of Cordance's portfolio companies, WebPresented. The entire process was well run with clear communication throughout. Everyone I spoke with was well-informed, asked relevant questions, and provided feedback. Interviewing can be stressful and there are a lot of valid complaints in general today about processes dragging out or having unclear next steps: I am happy to say Cordance did an excellent job with communication and setting expectations. There was also a wonderful 'human' element as well where folks were personable and seemed to genuinely want to relate to you - in summary, this was a professional and well executed process. I do think the questions were difficult but appropriately so - they were not intended to be "gotcha" or to make you feel inadequate but instead to genuinely determine whether as a candidate you were a fit for this role - so please don't take the "difficult" rating as negative - fit is crucial!
