It starts off with an HR call to confirm your personal details (address, salary, children, home country), then confirming a date for a technical interview that lasts for about 45 minutes.
To add more detail on the offer:
I passed the interview but the HR process is horrendous. They submit your details for a security clearance that takes forever. HR don't respond to emails or phone calls at all and there is no way to track the security clearance process without their "help"...
So I apparently failed the security clearance because of my nationality and as a result, I did not get an offer because I am discriminated against given my nationality... This is probably because my country supported Palestine during the Palestine/Israel war.
I did not get any feedback from HR, I am actually still waiting for them to have a heart and break the news to me. I received this feedback from someone that does not work in HR...
Given the other reviews at this company, I can confirm that HR is the biggest stumbling block. There is absolutely no communication or feedback. I guess I dodged a bullet.
