I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Corelation (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The first interview is typically done over the phone with HR and is simply an invitation for the candidate to attend an in-person exam. The next interview is the short exam, which consists of basic logic questions related to CS and SQL fundamentals, and an interview with the hiring manager immediately after. The interview with the hiring manager is mostly background, fit, and behavioral questions. HR will then grade your exam over the next few days and, if you did reasonably well, they will invite you to meet with the some of the development team and hiring manger (again). The interview with he development team will be more behavioral/fit type questions, along with technical questions and a short whiteboard session.Although many companies are moving away from whiteboard questions because of the lack of effectiveness, this was actually the BEST part of the interview. The development team members are outstanding! They are there to help you work though the problems and see how you approach challenges. So, don't be intimidated or too nervous. It's a great experience and I think their team knows how to do these types of questions appropriately. The hiring manager and development team members will discuss how you did with HR over a 24 - 48 hour period. If you did well, you'll be invited to meet with the CTO and CEO (more behavioral and fit questions). You'll also be working with the recruiter from HR during this time to discuss things like benefits, salary, etc. If all goes well, you'll likely be given a written offer from HR right after your interview with the CTO and CEO. Congratulations!
First an assessment, if you pass you go on to the next round for a white board interview. If you pass, you get the interview with the ceo. It wasnt too bad, if you make it to the ceo interview, you basically got the offer

Interview
Pretty straight forward questions weren't hard. One technical, but lot of interviewing though with many people. Will take some time to get through the whole process. I recommend trying to do the interviews as quickly as possible.
