I was invited to the interview, with a few possible dates floated to me. I was asked to prepare a presentation for the interview panel over what my plans were for the position. This presentation was the first part of the interview. Panelists asked questions afterwards. I was interviewed by different people from the department - a total of approx. 18 people in about 5 different sessions through the day.
