Very brief, a group interview with 2 or 3 other people. Was placed on the "extras" list for people who didn't initially make it but might be hired if other people couldn't work last minute, which is exactly what happened

Simple questions about people skills. Want to know why you want to be a clerk. Basically everyone gets the job. I do not know of anybody who did not get the job if they were free for the time period asked. You have to fill out a from and essentially the interview is that form all over again. I did not make it to the group interview but that did not hinder me from getting the job that year.
