I was a graduate student at Cornell and teaching before I defended my dissertation. I was offered a lectureship after my dissertation defense without having to interview because of my performance as a graduate teaching assistant

Interview
Five members hosted the interview over video conference call (Zoom). It lasted about 45 minutes where most of them asked me about my background and intentions. Then I had about 10 minutes to ask them questions.
