Second interview was a lot of the same questions I was asked in a phone interview, along with getting to know the team and asking questions( the director of sales asked me a lot of 'off the record, what would I do with a report for 'xyz' "

Very slow, you can apply and never hear back. You might get called for a phone interview and then a face to face. Most times it 2 interview rounds. They are very slow to hire.
