I applied by sending an email to a supervisor. I was then invited for a 15 minute in person interview with only behavioral questions. Asked about any work experiences and then just some typical questions that could be expected in any first interview. Interview concluded quickly and I was offered a job before I left.

A recruiter sends you questions within 24 hours of the interview. Interview was done through Zoom. The interview had a more relaxed feel to it. I don’t know if they decide who moves on?? I’ve had four interviews with Cornell. I’m over qualified for every position I’ve applied for but can’t seem to get past the first stage.

The process for interviewing was Quick and efficient. Asked me a few questions about my experience and asked why the company. I hope this helps those who are looking to apply to the company.
Zoom, 5 references must submit a skill survey. References had to come from current boss. The process moved pretty quickly as far as interviews go. Met with manager, then her boss.
