Set-up by external recruiter, two rounds - first had interview with a Principal and then a Partner, second had interview with another Principal. Two of the interviews were pleasant, but the partner was distracted and uninterested. Did not seem like she cared at all if I was hired or not, even though it's definitely a two-sided market for lateral hires. HR did not coordinate with me at all. External recruiter had to push to even find out they weren't moving forward. Not a pleasant experience.
