Interview
This was the worst interview process I have ever experienced. A recruiter reached out to me for an online interview. After a week, I discovered that they had re-posted both job listings the same day as my interview. The interviewer did not respond, even after I sent multiple follow-up emails. I was disappointed by the lack of response. The interviewer told me that the recruiter would contact me for the next step, but they never did, not even providing feedback. I believe they are simply posting job listings without any actual open positions. If you had already decided not to hire me, why did you discuss the location, salary, and what it would be like living in Corning? This was a complete waste of my time.
