I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Corpay (Chennai) in Apr 2025
Interview
I got shortlisted through on-campus recruitment, and the interview process had three rounds: an assessment, a group discussion (GD), and a one-on-one interview. The assessment included questions on financial concepts, Excel, business knowledge, and general questions about the company—it was of moderate difficulty, and being strong in financial metrics really helped. The second round was a group presentation where selected candidates were divided into teams and given an on-the-spot topic to prepare and present. This round tested our coordination, creativity, and presentation skills. The final round was a one-on-one interview focused entirely on my resume.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The entire interview was centered around my resume. It began with the classic "Walk me through your resume" question, where I had to clearly explain my background and highlight the key points.
The focus was primarily on my projects, so make sure you are well-prepared to explain each one in detail—what you did, the tools or technologies you used, challenges faced, and the outcome or impact.
They then moved on to skills and certifications mentioned on my resume. The interviewer asked questions to test how familiar I was with each skill. These were not just surface-level questions—they were trying to assess the depth of my knowledge.
