I applied through other source. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Los Alamitos, CA)
Interview
I called them because after applying online and dropping off my resume, I didn’t hear back. I was told to come in for an interview the NEXT day at 4:30pm. I showed up inly for them to tell me I was suppose to be there the day before(this is NOT what the person on the phone told me). I did interviews 1 &2 combined. I then met with the manager who asked about me... my experience etc. Told me hiring is 1-3 days after. Never got a call back. No idea what they are looking for in a candidate. They might have declined me due to their own mistake on when to come in for the interview. Not professional at all.
I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.
