The interview process was very easy. It was also very quick. In under 2 weeks I interviewed and started. It wasn't anything mind blowing and I believe that if you give a little effort and don't sound to silly in the job interview you will get an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in Jul 2023
Interview
Applied online, got a call about 10 days later. This was a phone screen, the manager went over the position, answered a few of my questions, I told them I was interested. He scheduled my next interview, in person with a manager and SUP. That interview was pretty easy. Asked some behavioral CS questions, why Costco. Moved me to a 3rd interview a few days later. Met with the AGM. He only asked me two questions, both were questions from prior interview. Hired me, did drug test that same day. 2 days later they called me for Orientation the next day.
