I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Fresh Meadows, NY) in May 2010
Interview
I was interviewing for a new costco store that was opening up in Rego Park,NY. I arrived to the interview 10 minutes before hand and waited for about 15 minutes after my scheduled interview time. Once I was finally called in I was interviewed by two person panel. They had a sheet of pretty standard questions it was a fairly easy interview. From there I was instructed to wait to speak the assistant manager for the new location. After speaking to her she informed me that all of the positions for major sales dept and front end had been filled. After her rather wordy explanation of why she could not hire me for these two positions, she proceeded to explain to me that I was overqualified for the positions that were left.
