I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied and got a call back 2 days later. Told me to be there a couple days later at noon. Interview was behind schedule (like 30mins) but was short like 15mins and right after it they asked me if I had time to stay for a 2nd interview and said yes. Nothing was clear in the first one, until the second one that I realize I had been hired cause it was just to do my paper work. There was somebody else who couldn't stay to the 2nd interview cause she had to pick up her daughter at school and had no one else to do it cause she hadn't foresee she had to stay longer... But I say her a week later at orientation.

Question 1
Explain a time where you were wrong and had to take account for?
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Alpharetta, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had two interviews with Costco for seasonal help.
I filled out schedule of available times and was approved by managers I interviewed with at the Alpharetta, GA location. Both managers professional, polite and courteous. I was asked to come on for third and final interview two days later. Meetings were rearranged to accommodate interview. I arrived early and was directed to main office by friendly customer service representative that worked at main desk. Upon waiting over twenty minutes in office, manager for final interview arrived. He rudely stated, "Not sure why you're here. You're not needed. The other managers shouldn't have had you come in!". And that was all.
I thought Costco was more organized and specialized in communication.
