Two brief interviews. Very entry level. They just want to see if you will fit in with the team. They will look at prior experience and ask behavioural questions. If you have been called for a interview, you most likely got the job.
I didn’t have much of an interview. I forced myself into a job here. They said they weren’t hiring and I gave them my resume. I received a phone call the next day and offered me the job. This was during peak Covid scare.
First a phone screening, just to get to know your availability and about the job. Then you schedule an in person interview. You first interview with two managers of different departments, and then you interview with the head manager. If you pass, you take the drug test and background check,
its hard to get an interview, You can either go up there or apply online and it seems like they rarely get back with you. your application is in limbo.
