Interview
The interview process was two fold. The first interview was conducted by the hiring manager, with a second interview conducted by another executive. The overall experience was quite comfortable. The negotiation process was managed by the company recruiter. The original offer was on the low side of the scale, but fair. I submitted a counter offer which was accepted.
I had an initial telephone call with HR to talk about my salary expectations. HR then arranged an interview with the hiring manager and a potential colleague. The interview was scheduled for 30mins but lasted an hour. The potential colleague arrived late to the interview and left early. They both asked me very specific questions related to the role but never gave me any background or overview of the role.
