The process took 2-3 weeks , I applied and 2 days later I received a email to schedule a phone interview. Hr asked simple questions to see if I was a good fit . After phone interview the next day I received another email to set up a face to face interview at blue bell office. The following week. During the interview it was mostly behavioral questions and I was interviewed by a senior audit support and top manager. The next day After the interview I received a email asking to set up a phone Call to discuss next steps. Received the call and an offer was given.
