I was interviewed by two ladies, one from offshore and another from onsite simultaneously via a video conference. The interview was scheduled for an hour and lasted about 55 mins. At the end of it, the HR asked me to wait and informed me that I was through and the next round would be a 'BA Test', which was to be conducted in a day or two. I was excited, but little did I know at that point that the entire experience would turn bitter! The HR was extremely unprofessional and never bothered to call nor email back. After waiting for 3 days, I called him myself and he assured to get back to me. 2 weeks later, I'm still calling him myself, only this time he informs me with a lame response that they're changing the test format and would get back in a day or two. Another two weeks pass without any information, so I decide to follow up. And this time, thankfully he let's me know that I didn't get through! Honestly, I was relieved as what seemed to be an endless wait had finally come to an end. I'm better off than working with unprofessional people! Thank you cotiviti for the experience...
