I applied through the company career page. An HR representative contacted me immediately after just a couple days to set up a phone interview. Then I heard back from her about a week for an in-person interview. I met up with 2 managers who dressed up very casual. They're very nice and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable during the whole interview.
