I was contacted after applying online to set up a skype interview. The process leading up to the interview was very well organized, with clear directions on what they were expecting in the presentation I was to give to the interview panel. I was then asked typical behavioral questions, followed by some fairly in-depth technical questions about my experience in the field.

I met them at the SASE conference and got an onsite interview. The interviewer told me she would get back with 2 additional phone calls. However, she never got back to me.
