In January I had a telephone interview with the HR lead for the position. It went well, and that very same day they called me to invite me to an in-person interview. They asked me to prepare a ten minute PowerPoint presentation focusing on my background, and well as looking at a hypothetical business issue. I spent a lot of time doing research, drafting and editing to create what I thought was a very compelling presentation. The in person panel interview went well, or so I believed. Then, nothing but silence from them. After two weeks I wrote the HR contact for a status update...and never got a response. Early last week—four weeks after the interview—I discovered that they reposted the position. Now, five weeks later, is it too much ask for a little respect and communication? Is this is the type of behavior Covestro just feels comfortable engaging in?
