The first round was a informal phone call and the second round was presenting a powerpoint on myself to a small panel. Covestro was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. It was a wonderful interview process and experience.

Went through a call with the recruiter then onto final round which was a phone call with 3 Engineers at their Baytown location. In this phone call I had to present a powerpoint about myself. It was super weird trying to talk to 3 people without seeing them/ them each really getting the chance to talk.

I applied online through university's career center website in August. Got emailed in October that I was selected to do a Skype interview and create a presentation. Heard back from them around Thanksgiving with an offer.
