I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Covestro (Baytown, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
On Campus Interview with two alumni from my university. Had already met both of them at an on-campus info session. Interview was very laid back, felt like more of a conversation than a grilling. Quick walk through of my resume followed by standard STAR questions. After each of my responses each of the interviewers shared a comment or experience that related to what I had said. Overall a great interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Covestro (Baytown, TX) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interviewing process is pretty simple. I met the recruiters at networking events, my university's career fair, and their info session. About two weeks later I was invited to the first interview. It was an on campus interview and my interviewer was an alumni. It was a pretty standard 30 minute interview. Walkthrough of resume, why do you want to work for Covestro, behavioral questions, and questions you have. About a month later I was invited to the second interview which is a presentation to a group consisting of mainly the internship leadership team. The interview is a 10 minute presentation of yourself and 20 minutes for them to ask questions and you to ask any questions. I received my offer two months after the second interview.
