Covestro gives a panel interview process with the hiring manager, HR, two other managers that you will be providing some sort of service. They require a powerpont slide show on yourself and a your skill set. If you are comfortable presenting then this will be average interview. Some of the questions can be difficult depending on your experience.

Interview
A teams meeting with 8 other people who will ask you questions about your resume and about your experiences and then will also let you talk about some of the things you have done. Then it is behavioral in which they give you scenarios to see how you would act and ask follow up questions to your responses.
