Overall the interview process seemed pretty straightforward, if not a bit drawn out. Some departments require presentations, others do not, though after putting in the amount of work required to get to a (presumably) final interview stage, including a presentation with positive feedback, only to receive zero follow-ups and communication from their team until withdrawing a month and a half later after realizing I was being ghosted, I cannot say that I’d rate their hiring process particularly highly. Best summarized as disrespectful and a waste of time.

I have always held Cox in a high pedestal based on my experience as a former intern there. They’ve always demonstrated a strong emphasis on employee experience. But maybe that doesn’t translate into candidate experience because, after going through their complete interview process, I was completely ghosted. Didn’t even receive an automated rejection email.
