Inital with screener from HR, I was then interviewed by a panel of 3 peers that I would end up working with, and I then met with the Director. Roughly a week afterwards I was offered one of the two jobs that were open.

It requires multiple rounds of interviews with panels of 3-4 individuals. This took a lot of time out of my schedule. I enjoyed the interviewers because they were kind and asked good questions.
