The interview took place exclusively over the phone, because I applied for a job out of Atlanta while I was based in Chicago. The interview had no hitches and was entirely behavioral.

First a there was recruiter call with a few basic screening questions and then a second round virtually with manager panel with mostly behavioral and a few technically questions. Very focused on whether you will fit in with the company culture because it’s very strong

Recruiter will call to setup interview. First interview was with team that the intern would be working for. Lasted 1 hour. The team went around and each asked their set of questions. Called back about 3-4 days later for second interview. Second interview was with the team’s manager. Interview was more of a cultural fit conversational interview. Asked why you want to work with them, what made you choose your specific major, what you hope to get out of the internship. The process was straightforward and it went well, but manager went with another candidate.
