Interview
First was the phone screen. Then they asked me to go into their office for and in person interview. The conversation was almost casual. The only thing that's different from other interviews is that they ask you to use the objects/toys they have at the table as a way to get the child's attention.
Brief 10 minute phone call explaining background of resume such as experience with kids and what ages. Later had a zoom call and was asked to role-play a work scenario.

Do you have any experience working with kids, if yes, what age range were the kids and what did you do?
The interview process was quick and easy. They met with me virtually and then in person and asked me about my previous experience as a behavior technician. I was hired pretty immediately.

Very polite and quick interview the hiring manager was friendly. The interview process made me very comfortable and led to my acception of the job offer unfortunately the job itself ended up being a little too demanding for the pay.
