The interview was very thorough - interviewer was very honest and upfront with job expectations. Interviewer was also very friendly and wanted to get to know you during the interview process.
The interview was straight to the point. They do show a video that should either be shown before the interview or during orientation but not during because it just takes up time and if people did have questions they can prepare it ahead of time.
