I filled out a brief application quickly about myself then spoke to a manager. He told me that there is better money in being a server, so I instead chose to apply for being a server. The interview requires two managers to meet and speak with me, so I spoke to another manager, and he told me that I was pretty much already hired, but I needed to speak to anther manager so that they could follow the interview rules. This manager lied to me, telling me that I would be making, on average, $25/hour and bringing home $250 a night, when I ended up making around $10.27/hour (on average, after 4 months of experience). I ended up having problems with this particular manager in the future for multiple reasons.
