Interview
I applied online and received an email the next day to call and set up a time for an interview. I was scheduled for 10 AM but was waiting almost an hour until a manager came out ready for the interview. The manager was really nice and hired me on the spot. He also said that someone would call me for an orientation time. I filled out my I9 info as soon as I received the email (which was the same day as the interview) and waited for my call about orientation. After 3 weeks of waiting, I just called them and asked if they still needed me since I hadn't heard anything back. They set me up for an orientation 4 days later.

The interview was easy. They know most of these servers are just starting out. But they want you to know how to upsell, and how to work in a fast pace environment.

Interview
It went pretty well, just asked the norm, such as tell me a little about yourself and why do you want to work here. Just asked simple questions and told me I had the job and what day to come in next. I applied to be a server and they told me I would get 25 hours a week, but they ended up making me a to-go specialist and I’m getting like 6 hours a week. I also didn’t get scheduled for a month after my interview but I’m working a bit now.

Very easy, seems like they were looking for a pulse. Mine was done at the checkerboard in the dining room. not a difficult job, so not a difficult interview. I don't remember any specific questions
