I apply for the position online and I received an email the next day. I immediately call after receiving the email. I schedule the interview on a Monday. I came in and the employees was very nice. The manager explained to me how busy and difficult the position would be during the busy hours. I was showed a chart of the job description and the dress code policy. I was ask if I could perform the job and I said yes. The managers were shock that i wanted to be a dishwasher since I was a female. I've done a similar job before so I don't mind getting dirty. After i was interview twice on the same day i was offer the job.i was sent an email for a background check. I filled it out and I might be starting this Friday or next Friday.

They sent me an email confirming a time and day, then told me to come back later because it was "too busy". Came back and waited almost an hour for a 5 minute interview along with another guy for the same position. The manager interviewed me and said the hiring manager wasn't in today. Pretty disorganized.
Just met with GM for a quick interview and got hired on the spot; asked about previous experience and availability. Very casual and quick process overall. Was also scheduled for orientation
Simple and to the point. Met with a manager and was asked basic questions. Where have you worked and what is your goals in the future. I applied for dishwasher so you wouldn't expect complicated questions.
