Interview
I applied online and to my dismay didn't see I was offered an interview until a week later because of it ending up in my spam.
Anyway, called asap and the manager(of many I guess) invited me to interview that day. I got there and the hostess just seemed rude right off. I waited at a table for the manager which ended up being a different one than who I spoke to. He seemed so irritated and rushed me. Then says "I'm not the hiring manager, let me see if she is available." Um, okay.
Returns only to say "Yeah, she's in the middle of training to new hires and we may not even have anything open until the middle of September."
THEN WHY DID YOU INVITE ME FOR AN INTERVIEW IF THERE IS NOTHING?!
I left very annoyed. Not only that, some of the servers including that hostess had the most unwelcoming attitudes.
Actually, thanks for not extending an offer because from the way the interview was handled and the bad attitudes of the employees, I probably would have been miserable anyway.
Easy peasy. Came in for interview on a Saturday morning and was working the following Wednesday. Mainly consisted of availability and knowledge with a register. Reviewed compensation and went over the Star system.

Interview
Very easy process as it was resume-based with a few life questions. Questions pertain to what makes you a good candidate. Also questioned past experiences. Overall very easy interview process.
Interview went ok, felt too chaotic because it was in the restaurant. The biggest take away is to go ahead and ask for more than what you think because you will probably get it.
