I had sent in an application around June 7th of 2016 and my grandmother had basically set up my interview for me with the hiring manager. I got there, waited about 5 minutes, and got the interview started.

Pretty simple, I just went in and talked straight away with a manager. After talking for about 20-30min she gave me an offer. Just need to be personable and ready to work hard

It was fairly each and laid back, almost desperate. 1:1 interview with management. It was a very easy interview though. Just be yourself and be honest.
