It is a manager who asks about your past work experience. I came into Cracker Barrel and sat with the manager in the back dining room and he asked me about my work experience and how I would handle guests. He asked if I had any experience in the restaurant business.

The interview process was quick and easy the manager explained everything in detail before I started training. After I was hired the manager checked to make sure I had everything down and that I was ready to work.

Interview
I was called and I scheduled an interview the next day. I went in and spoke with one manager and I was asked to come back two days later to speak to the hiring manager. I was hired that day after speaking to the hiring manager and walked out with a packet. I couldn’t be hired officially until I did my background check which I did and it came back in two days. :)
