Interview
Walked in and talked with the hostess, got seated at a table and was offered refreshments. Waited for about 5 minutes for interviewer to show up and had a nice chat before hand, she slid the procedures to me in Spanish, which wasn’t very good at the start but quickly fixed the mistake. The whole process took about a half an hour and it wasn’t too hard.

Name a time where you gave out exceptional customer service.
Easy peasy. Came in for interview on a Saturday morning and was working the following Wednesday. Mainly consisted of availability and knowledge with a register. Reviewed compensation and went over the Star system.

Very easy process as it was resume-based with a few life questions. Questions pertain to what makes you a good candidate. Also questioned past experiences. Overall very easy interview process.
Interview went ok, felt too chaotic because it was in the restaurant. The biggest take away is to go ahead and ask for more than what you think because you will probably get it.
