Interview
I applied online and got a text message the next morning to schedule an interview. I called the next day because I wasn’t in school when i got the message, and one manager was already rude on the phone asking why I didn’t call the day before. I got an interview the next day at 3. I walk in 5-10 minutes early, and waited until about 3:40-3:45 for someone to actually start my interview. When I first got there I told someone i was there for an interview and they seated me at a table and offered me water. After 25-30 minutes I asked a worker if they were still seeing me, and they came back saying it was a ‘peak time’ they were recovering from but knew i was there. One manager eventually came up to me about 5 minutes later asking if i was still waiting for an interview. I said yes and she came back and gave me the job description to read over. After a couple minutes she sat down to interview me. She was interrupted once or twice for a phone call and did not seem totally focused on me. Didn’t write anything down, didn’t seem like they were prepared at all for my interview. She asked if i was nervous because I wasn’t smiling a lot and that’s what the workers have to do, even though yes I was nervous and aggravated at this point. Anyways at the end she said they were taking applications until next week and would call back for a second interview if interested.

Interview
Had initial job screening and in person interview. I was offered the position which I accepted. Had to give my 2 weeks notice at my old job so we scheduled a time to do onboarding in 2 weeks.
When the time came to start the job the hiring manager and everyone else I talked with completely ghosted me claiming that only the retail manager could assist with onboarding and she was never available. After 2 weeks of calling I gave up. Absolute disgrace to offer a position and then just ignore me.
it was horrible ZERO communication whatsoever i went in for the interview and spoke to the manager beforehand and i came in, asked to speak to the manager and she wasnt even there. still got my interview tho and then got told i wasnt going to be sonsidered right then and there. it hurt myfeelings

Interview
The date set-up interview process was automatic, yet the in person portion was inside of the restaurant. They set me up at a table and I waited for the manager. The manager asked me questions of my skills, experience, how I would describe myself and my approach to the customer.
