I met with an assistant manager when I turned in my application. The kitchen Manager called me in for a second interview, I had long hair at the time, and was told that it was an issue. So I cut it. The General Manager called me a few days later for a third interview. When I get there and set down for the interview he immediately tells me sorry, there are no openings. After going through two interviews and discussing cutting my hair and doing so I was pretty upset. But calling me in just to say you didn't have a spot only waisted my time and gas. Could have done it over the the phone.

Scheduled for a mid-day intervention about a week after applying. Manager was prompt and direct. The whole process took around an hour. I was hired the same day as the interview.

Very professional, offered me a drink. Very sweet staff. Waited 2 min before I was brought to the back. Manager took me into his training room and closed the door. We interviewed.
